Your consultation takes place in clinic, one to one with Oliver, and takes as long as it needs to.
Oliver takes time to learn your full medical and aesthetic history, as well as your lifestyle, goals and concerns.
Your skin is scanned with the OBSERV, revealing what lies beneath the surface, from hidden sun damage to redness and dehydration.
He recommends the treatments best suited to you and, where it helps, suggests lifestyle changes or introduces trusted members of our in-house team.
ADVANCED SKIN ANALYSIS

As part of your consultation, Oliver scans your skin with the OBSERV, an advanced skin analysis system that photographs your face under a series of specialist lights. Each light reveals something different, including concerns not yet visible to the naked eye.

SURFACE & TONE
Fine lines, enlarged pores and texture, along with sun damage, melasma and uneven pigmentation.

REDNESS & HYDRATION
The tiny blood vessels behind redness and flushing, plus areas of dehydration and oiliness.

True UV light reveals changes in the deeper layers, while 360° lighting shows contours and volume loss.

You rest your chin on the OBSERV’s chin rest, so your face sits in exactly the same position at every scan.

CAPTURED IN SECONDS
Images are taken under each light in seconds, from the front and from each side. It is completely non-invasive.

TALKED THROUGH
Oliver goes through every image with you, explaining what each one shows and what it means for your skin.

TRACKED OVER TIME
At later visits your skin can be scanned again and compared side by side, so progress is measured, not guessed.
