Clinic and booking policy
At Oliver Medina ® Clinic, we strive to provide every client with a highly personalised and professional experience. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and practitioners, we kindly ask that you review and follow our booking policies outlined below.
Scheduling Appointments

Appointments at Oliver Medina® Clinic can be scheduled via our online booking portal, by email at hello.olivermedina@gmail.com, or by phone at 07835 706255.

All new clients are required to book a consultation before proceeding with any treatment. This appointment is £50 and fully redeemable against treatment.
Confirmation
-
You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment has been successfully booked and your deposit has been received. A reminder will also be sent 48–72 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
Booking & Deposit Policy
-
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm, secure the date and time of your appointment.

This deposit will be deducted from your treatment total, as long as your appointment is attended or adjusted within the permitted rescheduling timeframe.

Deposits are non-transferable and may not be used by another individual.

Please note that deposits and promotional offers cannot be applied to prescription-only medicines (POM), memberships, or product purchases.
Age Restrictions

Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive any aesthetic treatment.

Proof of age may be required at the time of treatment.
Rescheduling Policy
-
You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time by using our online booking portal or contacting the clinic directly.

Deposits will be carried over to your new booking only if the reschedule request is made within this 72-hour window.

A deposit can be transferred for a maximum of two reschedules. After the second change, a new deposit will be required for any further bookings.
Cancellation & Attendance Policy

To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes are made with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost, with any deposit paid being deducted from the remaining balance. This policy reflects the time, preparation, and clinical resources reserved exclusively for your appointment.

In the event of an under-24-hour, same-day cancellation or non-attendance without prior notice, a charge equivalent to 100% of the treatment cost will apply.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings and, in some circumstances, refusal of future appointments.

As we operate on a strictly appointment-only and limited-availability basis, each booking is carefully allocated to ensure a premium and personalised experience for every client. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the time reserved for your treatment.
Right to Refuse Service

Oliver Medina ® Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment at any stage if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client, if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or for any other reason that may compromise safety or professionalism.
Refund Policy

Due to the clinical and professional nature of treatments provided, all services are non-refundable once they have been carried out. This policy is in place to reflect the time, expertise, and medical-grade products used during each treatment.

We do not offer refunds on any products purchased in-clinic. Once products have left the premises, we cannot guarantee the conditions in which they have been stored or handled, and therefore cannot ensure their safety, integrity, or efficacy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Late Arrival Policy

Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. In these cases, your deposit may not be refunded.

We do our best to accommodate all clients, but late arrivals can disrupt our schedule and impact the quality of treatments for others.
Medical Information

Clients are required to complete a full medical questionnaire prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, including medications, allergies, and existing health conditions. This ensures we can safely and appropriately tailor treatments to your needs.
Pre-Treatment Instructions

Specific pre-treatment instructions will be provided upon booking. Clients are responsible for following all instructions (e.g. avoiding alcohol, medications, or skincare products) to reduce the risk of complications and optimise results.
Post-Treatment Care

Aftercare instructions will be provided immediately after treatment. It is essential that you follow these guidelines to ensure safe recovery and best results. Failure to follow aftercare may impact your results or increase the risk of complications.

Cannot be used by anyone other than the original booking client.

Do not apply to POM treatments, memberships, or retail product purchases.

Savings Policy:
At Oliver Medina®️ Clinic, we take pride in offering results-driven treatments and a personalised client experience. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our premium services, we kindly ask all clients to observe the following terms regarding any savings, promotional codes, or offers:
General Terms:
• Savings cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, loyalty redemptions, or promotional packages.
• Savings are strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the individual to whom the savings email, letter, or code was issued.
• Savings must be presented at the time of booking or payment and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Not Applicable On:
• Subscription plans
• Membership packages
• Prescription-only (POM) services
• Retail or professional skincare products
• Gift vouchers or third-party payment schemes
Eligible Use:
• Savings are redeemable on full-priced services only, and solely for the named individual.
• Offers are valid for a limited period as outlined in the corresponding communication (email, letter, or SMS).
• Oliver Medina®️ Clinic reserves the right to verify identity to ensure authenticity of code use.
Premium Client Considerations:
We recognise the loyalty of our returning and VIP clients. While standard savings may not apply to the exclusions listed above, premium clients may receive:
• Exclusive access to invitation-only event days
• Tailored loyalty privileges for select treatments
• Seasonal gift experiences or upgrades at the discretion of the clinic
• Priority booking for limited-availability promotions or newly launched treatments
